1– The pick-up time and the length of the tour will be determined by the guest.
2– Cancelation Policy: previously emailed requests can’t be canceled 24 hours before the actual tour time if cancelled full fare will be charged to the room account.
3– Tour guides are available upon the availability major languages can be found easily, but rare languages fee could be more, please contact concierge for detailed information.
4– Guiding fees does not cover entrance fees for classic site visits we recommend museum pass it could be obtained at concierge desk
5– Guiding tours are walking tours from the hotel. If you need a vehicle please contact concierge to ask the fees.
6– Lunch is not included on private tours the guests can decide the restaurant they want or ask the guide for recommendation
